<p>Throughout the course, we’ve encouraged you to begin working collaboratively by experimenting in your practice, connecting with valuable resources, and having new and difficult conversations. In Unit 4, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on any challenges you have faced and are facing when working with others. Peter will share tools for understanding how to work through these difficulties and for promoting productive team conversations. </p>
<p>We'll revisit Mashpee Public Schools to hear about collaboration and communication from teachers and administrators. Then EdVestors, a non-profit organization that helps to improve urban schools, will share advice on the characteristics they’ve noticed in schools that successfully improve.</p>
