<h3>Material for this Week:</h3>
<p style="font-size: 15.555556297302246px;">This week's material will consist of three learning sequences and a Homework Assignment:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Organic Electronics:</span> In the first learning sequence of the week, we will study organic electronic devices and principles of carbon electronics. </li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Liquid Crystal Displays:</span> In the second learning sequence, we will introduce the basic operating principles of LCDs, and we will take a closer look at the twisted nematic display.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Optical Fibers:</span> In the third learning sequence, we will take a look at important issues relating to optical fiber performance, including materials absorption, modal dispersion, materials dispersion, and waveguide dispersion.</li>
