<p><a href="https://pphs.purdue.edu/" target="_blank">Purdue Polytechnic High School</a> (PPHS) was founded to prepare students to succeed in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) post-secondary programs and careers. The staff are particularly focused on providing their students of color and low income students with what they need to be successful both at school and beyond. </p>
<p>In this video, two PPHS teachers talk about the importance of forming relationships with students to develop a better understanding of what they need to be successful, and to create a culture where students feel cared for by the adults in the building. </p>
