We’ll hear from Salinas Unified social studies curriculum specialist Mark Gomez about partnering with colleagues, including teacher-librarians, to integrate COR, and from Chicago Public Schools teacher Dorlande Charles we will get advice on using COR resources throughout a course. We offer some ideas about how you can share the COR curriculum and activities from this course with peers, and you’ll complete one final practice space and a reflection. In the final assignment, you’ll make a plan to use COR resources for your own grade, content area, or community of practice.

This unit doesn’t introduce new Civic Online Reasoning content knowledge. The focus will be on reflecting on what you’ve learned and preparing to integrate COR resources throughout your curriculum. Let's begin!
